Happy New Year! We closed 2025 and opened 2026 with two massive weeks of shipping. Real-time notifications, customer collaboration, and the foundation for full project management. Here's what landed. 🎉

🎉 New Features

Real-Time Notifications

Get notified when mentioned, assigned, or when someone comments on your work. Three states (unread, read, resolved) with built-in search and full detail view access. No more missed updates.

Org-Level Guest Access

Invite clients to specific organizations without account-level access. They only see their project—your other customers stay private. Critical for collaborative implementations.

Account Grouping in Navigation

External organizations now group by account in the nav panel. Easier to find what you need when managing multiple customer accounts. Hierarchical grouping (Account → Org → Project) and collapse functionality coming next.

Parent-Child Cross-Linking

Navigate seamlessly between parent and child records from detail views. Foundation for future custom object relationships and configurable platform capabilities.

Better Exports & Status Management

Exports now show readable labels instead of IDs. Status manager expanded to organizations, projects, test cases, and requirements. Plus: tab navigation, right-click functionality, and custom fields on test cases.

🚀 What We're Working On

  • Project Sections. High-level planning entities (phases, stages, milestones) with Gantt integration. Assignable to tasks, requirements, and test cases. Foundation for waterfall project management.
  • Organization Templates. Copy entire org structures with all content. Faster customer onboarding and standardized implementations.
  • Gantt Dependencies. Task relationships (finish-to-start, etc.), automatic date cascading, grid editing, and critical path identification. Requested by PCG and Clutch Mindset.
  • SharePoint Connector. Critical for NetSuite consulting firms. PCG, Bryant Park, and Echo Park all use SharePoint for everything.
  • Meeting Object. Schedule meetings, track agendas, attach notes and transcripts. Foundation for AI notetaker bot integration.
