Every artifact now opens to a full detail page. A live interactive preview sits alongside the artifact's metadata, status, and file details, with a sticky header and resizable panels. An audit trail captures every change, and teammates can comment directly on the artifact.

Connect a calendar once and meetings sync into Transform automatically. The home calendar view shows only the meetings a teammate is attending, with a time zone toggle for global teams. Enable auto-join and a meeting bot arrives two minutes before start. Meetings assign to an org or project directly from the calendar view.

Health reports track project status across five dimensions: schedule, budget, scope, resourcing, and client. Each dimension is rated Healthy, Caution, or At Risk with a supporting narrative. Reports publish per project phase, build a historical record over time, and roll into pivot tables for cross-project visibility.

Change requests are now a first-class entity with fields for effort, priority, budget impact, timeline impact, and a linked build item. Each request moves through a configurable status workflow from submission through approval. Requested by and assigned fields track ownership across the delivery team.

Artifacts now export as PDF or Word directly from the artifact view. Tables, images, diagrams, and links render in the exported file. Word exports preserve heading hierarchy.

Any entity with a start and end date now includes a duration field. Set the duration and the end date adjusts automatically, accounting for weekdays. Date fields accept both a date picker and direct typed input.

Explorer is a new analytics workspace where any entity's data can be explored, joined, filtered, and visualized without building a saved view first. Select any entity, join related records, apply filters, and view results as a list, board, Gantt, calendar, bar chart, or pivot table. Save any configuration to a dashboard with one click. Console uses the same query engine, making conversational data analysis available across the account.

Support cases are now a dedicated entity for tracking customer and managed services requests from submission to resolution. Each case captures type, priority, origin channel, submitted-by contact, root cause analysis, and resolution detail. Status and type values are configurable through the type manager, and cases connect to organization and project records.

Parent entity fields now surface as columns in list views, enabling sorting, filtering, and grouping by process, segment, system, and other related fields. The same selector powers every entity with a parent-child relationship, so any new entity inherits the capability without additional configuration.

A small indicator appears whenever the current saved view has been changed from its saved state. Any update to sorting, filtering, column visibility, or other saved view properties triggers it. Save the updated configuration directly from the indicator or discard the changes.

Pivot tables are now available on additional entities including Project Plan. Each pivot displays totals per dimension and subtotals per row group, with support for multiple row dimensions and sortable columns.

Mermaid diagram code blocks now render as visual diagrams in PDF exports. Any artifact containing a Mermaid block produces a PDF with the diagram displayed as an image rather than raw syntax.

Dashboards saved at the account or project level are now available across all organizations and projects within that account. Build a dashboard once and it appears wherever the scope applies.

The console now identifies which teammate is interacting with it. This enables personalized responses and powers queries like "show my tasks" or "what is assigned to me" without any additional configuration.
